Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of spray-coating robots. Provided is a spray-coating robot for a robot-based functionalized intelligent coating production line. The spray-coating robot for a robot-based functionalized intelligent coating production line comprises a spray-coating body, a transmission member, a stirring member, a storage member and a weighing member. In the present invention, a corresponding storage box is selected according to the weight of a pigment required; a power structure drives a pushing structure to move in the direction of a second discharge port, and during this process, the stirring member remains motionless; and the power structure drives the pushing structure to move to an initial position in the storage box, and in the process of moving the pushing structure to the initial position, the transmission member transfers the power of the power structure to the stirring member, and the stirring member stirs the pigment and conveys same to the spray-coating body. The weight of a pigment required by the spray-coating body can be precisely acquired, and the pigment can be precisely added to the spray-coating body according to the weight of the pigment required. The operation is simple, and pigments can be used reasonably, thus avoiding the waste of pigments.
