Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stacked circuit structure and, more specifically, to a stacked circuit structure capable of detecting current. The stacked circuit structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first layer having a first electrical path; a second layer having a second electrical path; and n layers positioned between the first layer and the second layer, wherein n is a natural number of 2 or more, third electrical paths to n+2 electrical paths are formed in each of the n layers, and the third electrical paths to the n+2 electrical paths are electrically connected through vias formed at ends. Thus, when a current flows through the first electrical path or the second electrical path, the current can be induced.
