Abstract:
Disclosed is a stamping assembled guardrail, comprising two transverse beams which are spaced apart from each other and arranged transversely, and longitudinal beams which are spaced apart from each other and arranged vertically. A plurality of insertion holes which are spaced apart from each other are formed on each transverse beam, and the insertion holes on the upper transverse beam and the insertion holes on the lower transverse beam are aligned vertically; the insertion holes on the transverse beams are blind holes arranged towards the inner sides; the plurality of longitudinal beams are respectively inserted into the insertion holes which are aligned vertically to achieve insertion connection between the plurality of longitudinal beams and the transverse beams; two sides of the hole wall of each insertion hole extend outwards to form a pressing part; after an end portion of a longitudinal beam extends into a corresponding insertion hole, said end portion of the longitudinal beam is bent outwards by a stamping process to form a pressing edge; the pressing edges press against the pressing parts to achieve firm connection between the transverse beams and the longitudinal beams. The present invention has the advantages and effects of stable and firm mounting, convenient and fast mounting, and good corrosion resistance.
