Abstract:
The present invention provides a starter drive star wheel roller chamber cold extrusion male mold and a manufacturing method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of stamping molds. The invention achieves smooth fitting of the male mold while ensuring that rollers are normally installed in starter drive roller chambers obtained by means of cold extrusion. The male mold comprises a columnar body. The body is provided with, in the circumferential direction, a plurality of protruding parts used for extruding roller chambers, the outer sides of the protruding parts being provided with cambered surfaces. The end face of a mold fitting end is plane I perpendicular to the axis of the body. The end face of each protruding part located on the side of the mold fitting end is provided with an inclined mold fitting guide surface, each mold fitting guide surface being provided with a recessed part. The male mold with the present design may make bosses at the bottom of an inner cavity of a starter drive after cold extrusion. The end faces of the bosses are planes so that rollers placed on the bosses can work normally. Since the rolling of the rollers is guided by the eccentric cambered surfaces, the rollers will not fall out of the bosses, thus achieving smooth fitting of the whole male mold while ensuring normal installation and work of the rollers in the roller chambers.
