Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of medicines. Disclosed is a use of Norharman in preparation of a medicine for preventing or treating acute pancreatitis. Norharman reduces the levels of serum amylase and lipase, and ameliorates pancreatic and intestinal tissue damage. Norharman ameliorates acute pancreatitis by modulating macrophage M1 type polarization. The results of the present invention show that Norharman has deep research and development values in the aspect of acute pancreatitis. The results of the present invention provide a new direction and idea for enhancing the amelioration effect of Norharman on acute pancreatitis, and provide experimental data and a new research and development direction for research and development of innovative medicines in the aspect of acute pancreatitis.
