Abstract:
A state monitoring device for diagnosing an abnormality of a machine on the basis of machine operation rate data acquired using multiple sensors and a diagnostic model, that is, conditions for determining an abnormality of the machine, and displaying a state of the machine. The state monitoring device is characterized by being equipped with: a trigger input unit whereby a user starts making an addition or adjustment; a storage unit for storing multiple diagnostic models for the machine; a retrieval unit for retrieving from the storage unit a case that is similar to a diagnostic model to be added or adjusted; a temporary storage unit for storing the diagnostic model retrieved by the retrieval unit and the diagnostic model to be added or adjusted; a display unit for displaying the diagnostic model retrieved by the retrieval unit; an input unit whereby the user inputs a change part in the diagnostic model to be added or adjusted while looking at the display unit and stores the new diagnostic model into the temporary storage unit; an evaluation unit for evaluating the performance of the new diagnostic model; and an update unit for writing the new diagnostic model in the temporary storage unit into the storage unit when the user has determined the performance as being sufficient upon receiving the evaluation result from the evaluation unit.
