Abstract:
The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to high power high-voltage electric machines. The aim of the invention is to solve the following problems: increasing the reliability and service life of large-sized electrical machines, improving the cost-performance ration thereof, simplifying the production and reducing the cost of production of the winding insulation of a stator and improving the maintainability of a machine. The inventive stator for a high-voltage electric machine comprises a magnet core provided with winding sections arranged in the slots thereof. The winding is made of conductors which are covered with ground insulation. A semi-conducting coating is embodied in the form of a wrap and a pad. The wrap is made of a material which has a low friction factor with respect to the core steel, is impermeable for an impregnating compound, exhibits antiadhesive properties and encompasses the side faces of the section of winding and the face which is distant from a boring. The pad is made of a material which is permeable for the impregnating compound and arranged on the section of winding oriented towards the boring. The external edges of the pad overlap the edges of the wrap. A gasket made of a semiconductive or insulation material is arranged over the pad, and is embodied in such a way that the tangential dimension thereof is less than the width of the slot.
