Abstract:
In a stator inspection method and an inspection system according to the present invention, a stator (1) having a coil (1a) made of an insulated wire is stored in an inspection room (3c) of a chamber (3), an inspection liquid (17) having electrical conductivity is supplied into the inspection room (3c) so that the stator (1) is immersed in the inspection liquid (17), and an inspection for electric leakage from the stator (1)is performed through the inspection liquid (17). The inspection liquid (17) before being supplied into the inspection room (3c) is managed under a reduced pressure.
