Abstract:
A machine tool (1) has a plurality of modules (MD1 to MD4), and a control means (5) for controlling actuation of the modules (MD1 to MD4), the plurality of modules (MD1 to MD4) being composed of a fixed module (MD3) and two moving modules (MD2, MD4), wherein the control means (5) is provided with: a regulating means (5a) for regulating movement so that only one of the two moving modules (MD2, MD4) moves to a facing position A; and a determining means (5b) for determining the moving module (MD2, MD4) which moves to the facing position A facing the fixed module (MD3). The machine tool (1) is characterized in that the control means (5) controls the actuation of the plurality of modules (MD1 to MD4) so that, when an operation by the fixed module (MD3) and one of the moving modules (MD2, MD4) has been completed, the regulating means (5a) removes the regulation of the movement of the other moving module (MD2, MD4) to the facing position A.
