Abstract:
The present invention provides a steel bar with a fixing head, which is used for reinforced concrete or steel frame reinforced concrete structures, and a manufacturing method therefor. In a steel bar (10) with a fixing head, a steel bar deformation part (40) having a cross sectional perimeter greater than the cross sectional perimeter of a steel bar (30) is formed at the end of the steel bar (30) and fixed to a fixing plate (50), so that the working range of local bearing stress is relatively greater than in the conventional art and low stress is applied to the entire fixing head, thereby enhancing the fixing effect. The steel bar (10) with a fixing head is manufactured in a manner where the steel bar deformation part (40) is formed by molding the end of the steel bar (30) and then welding the end of the steel bar deformation part (40) to the fixing plate (50) which is formed by a separate machining or molding process, thereby improving manufacturing convenience and reducing manufacturing costs.
