Abstract:
Steel cable pusher discs, a manufacturing method thereof, and a production apparatus. The steel cable pusher discs comprise a steel cable (21), steel pins (22), and pusher discs (23). The steel pins (22) are evenly spaced on the steel cable (21). Front and rear end surfaces of the pusher disc (23) are each provided with a center boss (24). The pusher disc (23) is injection molded onto the steel cable (21) via an injection molding machine. The steel cable (21) passes through a body of the pusher disc (23) and passes through the center bosses (24) on the front and rear end surfaces. The steel pins (22) are located in the bodies of the pusher discs (23). The method for manufacturing a steel cable pusher disc comprises the following steps: feeding a steel cable into a nailing machine; starting a cylinder, so as to drive a triggering mechanism to nail, from a lateral direction of the steel cable into the held steel cable, steel pins arranged in a cartridge; turning a pin head of the steel pin by 90 degrees; and feeding, into an injection molding machine, the steel cable into which the steel pins have been nailed, such that the injection molding machine forms a disc-shaped pusher disc in an injection molding cavity. The production apparatus of the steel cable pusher disc comprises a steel cable nailing machine for pinning a steel cable and an injection molding machine for forming pusher discs at pins on the steel cable. The steel cable pusher discs have a service life more than twice that of chain-type pusher discs, and a delivery length of 300 to 600 meters, thereby meeting requirements of feed delivery systems of farming enterprises.
