Abstract:
A steel coil uncoiling unit, comprising a winding drum (2), a strip steel clamping and conveying device (3), a strip-passing guide plate (1) and a support frame, wherein a deep-bending roll (51) and a deep-bending driving device are provided on the support frame; the deep-bending driving device comprises a translation base, a translation driving mechanism (52) for driving the translation base to horizontally move on the support frame, and a deep-bending swing driving mechanism (53) for driving the deep-bending roll (51) to swing up and down; the deep-bending roll frame (511) is hinged to the translation base; the deep-bending swing driving mechanism (53) is mounted on the translation base and connected to the deep-bending roll frame (511); and a deep-bending roll body (512) has a standby position, a deep-bending position, and a strip-passing position that is pressed against a surface of strip steel on the strip-passing guide plate (1). Also provided is a steel coil uncoiling method. The deep-bending roller of the steel coil uncoiling unit has a deep-bending function, and can also improve the strip head shape during strip-passing, thereby improving the strip-passing efficiency to ensure smooth production. By means of making full use and exploring the functions of the deep-bending roll, the deep-bending roll has a strip head treatment function, which can reduce the number of field equipment and the investment costs, and is conducive to the smoothness and safety of production.
