Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and in particular, to a steel-continuous fiber composite smart rib having a jacketed optical cable embedded in a steel bar inner core and a preparation method therefor. According to the present invention, a sensing optical fiber is used as the jacketed optical cable which is obtained by combining a bare optical fiber and a jacket composed of a polyimide coating layer and a polyurethane wrapping layer, compared with the bare optical fiber, the jacketed optical cable can improve the strength and the surface friction, a groove is provided and the jacketed optical cable is embedded in a steel bar, so that the survival rate of optical fibers is increased, and the jacketed optical cable is located at an interface of an epoxy resin composite fiber material in contact with the steel bar, so that the strain of the composite smart rib can be comprehensively reflected, and the measurement precision of the composite smart rib is ensured; the epoxy resin composite fiber material is wound on the surface of the grooved steel bar in which the jacketed optical cable is embedded, so that a wrapping layer can be formed to prevent the steel bar inner core from being rusted and prevent the jacketed optical cable from being broken. The steel-continuous fiber composite smart rib provided by the present invention has the characteristics of high survival rate, self-sensing, high precision, corrosion resistance, high strength, and engineering.
