Abstract:
Provided is a steel mesh thickness measurement device, comprising a machine frame (3), a main imaging apparatus (1), and a 3D imaging apparatus (2); the main imaging apparatus (1) and 3D imaging apparatus (2) are connected to the machine frame (3) and face a steel mesh (9); the main imaging apparatus (1) and 3D imaging are arranged at an angle greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees; the machine frame (3) is connected to a main light source (4); a mesh hole (91), used for illuminating the steel mesh (9) so as to cause the light of illumination to refract, is arranged beneath the machine frame (3); the 3D imaging apparatus (2) and/or the main imaging apparatus (1) are connected to, or are provided with, an image recognition analysis module. Also provided is a steel mesh thickness measurement method; said method employs the steel-mesh thickness measurement device. Using a non-contact means, it is possible to accurately measure the thickness of the steel mesh (9); the changes in the thickness of the steel mesh (9) may be promptly learned, ensuring the stability of quality of the product.
