Title:
STEEL SHEET, MEMBER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/218729
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a steel sheet that has TS of at least 1180 MPa, high YS, excellent press formability (ductility, hole expandability, and bendability), and fracture resistance characteristics (bending strain at break characteristics and axial collapse characteristics) in a collision; a member; and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet and the member. A base steel sheet is given a prescribed composition of constituents, the steel organization of the base steel sheet having ferrite, bainitic ferrite, tempered martensite, residual austenite, and fresh martensite within prescribed ranges. V–VDA bending tests are performed up to a maximum load point. In V-bend ridge sections and VDA-bend ridge sections, the value found by dividing, among all voids, the number of voids at the boundary between a hard phase and a soft phase and the number of voids produced by destruction of the hard phase, by the total number of voids, is 0.60 or less. In V-bend flat sections and VDA-bend ridge sections, the value found by dividing, among all voids, the number of voids at the boundary between a hard phase and a soft phase and the number of voids produced by destruction of the hard phase, by the total number of voids, is 0.20 or less. The mean free path of carbides is at least 0.20 μm.
