Abstract:
This steering control device (20) for work vehicles is equipped with: an electric motor device (34) which generates assist torque to a steering column (33); and an inverter (43). The steering control device (20) is equipped with: a load torque sensor (39) which is mounted between the electric motor device (34) and load portions of a steering mechanism unit (21) and detects the load torque of a steering system; a steering load torque calculation means (41) for calculating steering load torque on the basis of the output value of the load torque sensor (39); and an assist torque calculation means (42) for calculating the command assist torque to the electric motor device (34) by adding the steering load torque output from the steering load torque calculation means (41) to the target steering torque input from the outside, and providing the command to the inverter (43).
