Abstract:
This steering damper can complete an electromagnet (37) by disposing a coil unit (78) in the groove part (115) of a yoke (110) while a yoke cap (81) is detached from a yoke case (79) and by press-fitting the yoke cap (81) into the yoke case (79). Therefore, it is possible to dispose the coil unit (78) into the groove part (115) formed toward the inner circumference of the yoke (110). As a result, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the edges of the U shape of the yoke (110) are disposed toward the outer circumference of a magnetic fluid chamber. Thus, it is possible to increase the degree of design freedom of the steering damper.
