Abstract:
This method comprises: a first step for producing, by press molding, injection molding, or roll forming, a molded base material 21 in which grooves 16 each having a triangular cross-section including an inclined surface 15 and a vertical surface 14, and ridges 17 each having a triangular cross-section, are alternately arranged in parallel to each other on one side of a plate material 13 formed of a transparent first synthetic resin, the ridges 17 each having a minute flat surface section 19 formed at the top; a second step for forming a metallic reflective surface 23 on the vertical surface 14 including the minute flat surface section 19 by spraying metal from a direction oblique to the vertical surface 14 while having the inclined surface 15 being in the shadow thereof; and a third step for applying a treatment to turn the minute flat surface section 19 into a non-reflective surface so as to prevent light reflection from the minute flat surface section 19. Accordingly, a first and a second light control panel 11, 11a are manufactured. A stereoscopic image forming device 10 is manufactured by stacking the first and second light control panels 11, 11a such that vertical light reflective surfaces 12 of the respective panels orthogonally intersect each other in a plan view.
