Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a steviol glycosyltransferase; and a method for producing a steviol glycoside using the glycosyltransferase. The present invention provides: a steviol glycosyltransferase; and a method for producing a steviol glycoside using the glycosyltransferase. The present invention also provides: a transformant having a steviol glycosyltransferase gene introduced therein; and a method for producing the transformant.
