Abstract:
A stir-frying member (23) for guiding materials and stir-frying, and a cooking apparatus (1). The cooking apparatus (1) comprises a pot device and a stir-frying device (2). The pot device comprises a round-mouth pot (12) and a pot (12) rotating device that drives the pot (12) to rotate on a horizontal plane and around a central axis of the pot (12). The stir-frying device (2) comprises a support frame (21), a stir-frying driving device (22) and a stir-frying member (23), wherein the stir-frying driving device (22) comprises a rotation bracket (221) horizontally hinged to the support frame (21); the stir-frying member (23) comprises a stir-frying spatula (232) and a stir-frying rotating shaft (231); and the stir-frying member (23) is connected to the stir-frying driving device (22) and driven by the stir-frying driving device (22), such that the stir-frying member (23) can swing up and down around a rotation axis of the rotation bracket (221) during the rotation around the stir-frying rotating shaft (231). The cooking apparatus (1) has a good stir-frying effect, and is simple and reliable in terms of structure.
