Abstract:
The present invention is a stirrer shaft pipe constituting a shaft of a glass-manufacturing stirrer which comprises said shaft and stirring blades projecting from said shaft, the stirrer shaft pipe being characterized in that: the stirrer shaft pipe has a multi-layer structure in which a plurality of pipes are layered in n layers (n = 2 to 5); of said plurality of pipes constituting the multi-layer structure, at least a pipe in one layer has a crystal grain aspect ratio (length direction/radial direction), in the material texture in a cross section along the length direction, of from 10 to 100, and a crystal grain aspect ratio (circumferential direction/cross-sectional direction), in the material texture in a cross section along the circumferential direction, of from 5 to 100.
