Abstract:
This stone analysis method for a urinary stone patient comprises steps in which an analysis device: receives clinical information about the urinary stone patient together with a three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) image of the urinary stone patient; segments stones in the three-dimensional CT image by using a critical value; calculates a variant coefficient of stone density (VCSD) from the segmented stones; and determines whether the stones of the patient are uric acid stones on the basis of the VCSD and the clinical information about the urinary stone patient.
