Description:
A STOPPER OF PREVENTING A TAKING POISON ACCIDENT TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a stopper for preventing a taking poison accident, formed in a general container; and, more particularly, to a safety stopper device for preventing a taking poison accident, which is capable of preventing an unexpected taking poison accident such as a taking poison suicide by an impulse, etc., by forming double slope holes in the inside of an outlet of the container and inserting balls having some weight into these slope holes, so that the slope holes are shut up by the balls and liquid dangerous material put into the container does not flow outside in case that the container slants or falls down.

BACKGROUND ART A suicide can be classified into an intentional suicide and an impulsive suicide. The intentional suicide is done intentionally, thus it is almost impossible to prevent it in advance or give a first-aid treatment after an accident and its death rate is very high, meanwhile, the impulsive suicide are mostly done by mistake in an extremely excited condition at that time, thus it is possible to prevent it in advance or to rapidly give the first-aid treatment after the accident and there are many reviving cases frequently.

Despite of that, the number of deaths by the taking poison of toxic chemicals like agricultural chemicals etc. reaches 1,600 per yearly only domestically, according to data of the National Statistical Office, and in such record, about 400 deaths among them correspond to the deaths of the suicide accident by the moment impulse. Therefore, it is needed to prevent such impulsive suicide.

Further, there are frequently many accidents by mistake in case that thirst caused after an excessive drinking occurs, or a child laking in human intellect mistakes the container put with the liquid dangerous material such as the agricultural chemicals or another treatment drugstuffs, for the

container of beverage, and drinks it.

In a conventional technique concerning such above-mentioned field, a container having an installment of a mistake-taking poison accident preventing device for solid contents such as tablets etc. was invented partly and became a practical use, but a taking poison accident preventing device for liquid contents has not ever been invented.

However, since the above-mentioned general container for storing the liquid dangerous material does not have the construction of a specific safety device or a stopping device, there is frequently an occurrence of many accidents like the impulsive suicide or the mistake-taking poison accidents according that a child or a drunken man drinks it in a dead-drunkeness state or an extremely excited state.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a safety stopper device for preventing a taking poison accident that substantially obviate one or more of the limitations and disadvantages of the related art.

A primary object of the present invention is to provide a safety stopper device for preventing a taking poison accident, in which a stopper capable of being automatically opened and closed according to a using angle of a container is installed in an outlet of the general container with liquid dangerous material, to thereby enable to discharge the liquid dangerous material such as agricultural chemicals etc., definitely only when the container is under a vertical state, so as not to discharge the liquid dangerous material in a decline state, and in which the liquid dangerous material can not be discharged since a drinking angle is formed in a slant state in case a person drinks the liquid dangerous material by the moment impulse and the toxic chemicals can not be discharged since a discharging angle of the container is formed by an incline type in case that a child or a person under a dead-drunken state mistakes it for beverage and drinks it, whereby preventing an impulsive suicide and an mistake taking poison.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The above and other objects and features of the instant invention will become apparent from the following description of preferred embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a cutting perspective view of a container having a safety stopper for preventing a taking poison accident in accordance with the present invention; Fig. 2 illustrates a side sectional view of the container having the safety stopper for preventing a taking poison accident in the present invention; and Figs. 3a and 3b depict operation explanatory views of the invention, wherein Fig. 3a is a state view showing a discharging state of liquid dangerous material provided in case the container is under a vertical state, and Fig. 3b is a state view for which a slope hole is automatically closed in case the container is under a left and right decline state.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawing.

In accordance with the present invention, Fig. 1 represents a perspective view sectionally showing a container combined with a safety stopper device, and Fig. 2 indicates its overall side sectional explanatory view.

In a general container which has an outlet 2 formed in one side of a container body 1, the outlet 2 having a screw thread, a safety stopper device for preventing a taking poison accident is characterized by the construction that a keeping jaw 9 is formed in an ending part of an inner side of the outlet 2; a stopper body 3 as an elastic member is pressurized and fixed into the inside of the outlet 2, the stopper body 3 being formed so that double slope holes 4,4' formed distantly from each other are directed to mutual opposite sides; cutting parts 5,5' are formed in upper and lower portions in

one side of the stopper body 3, the upper cutting part 5 being connectedly pierced through an inner space of the container body 1 and the lower cutting part 5'being connectedly pierced through an external space; a medium cutting part 6 is formed in another side of the stopper body 3 so as to be connected to and to pierce through the slope holes 4,4' ; and on/off balls 7,7' are respectively inserted into the inside of the slope holes 4,4'.

Non-described reference number 8 of the drawing indicates a cover.

An inventive operation with such construction is described more in detail referring to the accompanied drawings, as follows.

As shown in Fig. 2, the inventive stopper body 3 is inserted into and fixed into the inside of the lower outlet 2 of the container body 1, so as to be completely closed, and in the inside of the stopper body 3, horizontally formed double slope holes 4,4' are formed, maintaining an upper and lower constant distance.

Such slope holes 4,4' may be constructed, distantly from each other in upper and lower parts thereof, as shown in the drawing, and may be also constructed horizontally and distantly from each other in the left and right thereof.

Into the inside of the upper and lower slope holes 4,4', on/off balls made of synthetic resin material and based on a completely sphere shape and based on a weighing body which is higher in a density than water, are inserted movably.

Also, in another side of the upper slope hole 4, the cutting part 5 connectedly pierced through the internal space of the container 1 is formed, and in another side of the lower slope hole 4', the cutting part 5'through which the liquid dangerous material put inside the container is discharged outside, is formed.

Since a general screw thread is formed in the outside of such outlet 2, the cover 8 is screw-inserted into and combined therewith.

In this safety stopper device for preventing a taking poison accident, as shown in Fig. 3a, the on/off balls 7,7' of the slope holes 4,4' inside are positioned on one side by an incline angle of the slope holes 4,4' only when

the container body 1 stands perpendicularly definitely in a state that the cover 8 screw-inserted into the outlet 2 is removed, thus, the liquid dangerous material put in the container body 1 inside is discharged through the upper cutting part 5, the upper/lower slope holes 4,4' and the lower cutting part 5'.

At this time, the on/off ball 7,7' must have a density and weight enough not to move or shake by buoyancy of material stored in the container, and must be made of material enough not to be corroded by the stored material, and must be material harmless upon the human body in case that the material to be kept in the container is treatment material.

In such state, as shown in Fig. 3b, when the container body 1 is declined by a constant angle, the on/off balls 7,7' positioned in one side of the slope holes 4,4' are moved to its opposite side by its declined angle. That is, one side of each of upper and lower slope holes 4,4' is blocked by each on/off ball 7,7' and the stored liquid dangerous material is not discharged.

That is to say, describing with the drawings, in case the container body 1 inclines to the right side, the on/off balls 7,7' inserted into the slope holes 4,4' inside are moved to the right side simultaneously, then, the slope hole 4 is stopped up by a movement of the on/off ball 7 since an inner diameter for an end part of the upper slope hole 4 is formed in small relatively.

Therefore, even though a user tries to drink or to rapidly drink under a state that the container is declined by a suicide impulse, the content material is not discharged and a rapid suicide commitment can be restrained by a family etc. According to a lapse of time, an impulse of the user may become calm down and the user can be recovered by the first-aid treatment because its discharge amount is slight even if the container is not perfectly sealed.

Also, even in case that the container body 1 is inclined to the left side then is used, the on/off balls 7,7' within the upper and lower slope holes 4,4' are moved to the left side at the same time, to thus stop up one side of the lower slope hole 4'and cut off a discharge of the contents.

Further, the keeping jaw 9 formed in an inner side of the outlet 2 serves as a role of stopping a commitment that the user tries to insert the stopper body into the inside of the container in order to easily discharge the contents.

In other words, since the stopper body is hooked on the keeping jaw, it can not be inserted into the container body 1 inside.

Summarizing, in case that a person tries to drink the liquid dangerous material stored in a general sealed-up container, the user tries to drink the liquid dangerous material stored in the container in a state that the container is slanted because it is very difficult posture to drink by straightly standing the container. But, since the on/off balls 7,7' rapidly move and block the slope holes 4,4', a taking poison accident by a mistake drinking accident and a suicide impulse can be prevented. Furthermore, in case that the stored liquid dangerous material such as agricultural chemicals is used as an original usage, it can be used by straightly standing the container in a vertical state. That is, this is invented so that the contents is easily discharged, thus, there is no inconvenience in its use.

Accordingly, the slope holes 4,4' are blocked by the on/off balls 7,7' when the inventive container is used by a general drinking angle, therefore, the content is not discharged through the outlet 2, to whereby gain a more safety effect.

INDUSTRIALAPPLICABILITY As afore-mentioned, in accordance with the present invention, a safety stopper device for preventing a taking poison accident can prevent an accident occurring by mistaking liquid dangerous material for beverage or can save a life of a suicide attempter who tries to use the liquid dangerous material such as agricultural chemicals, as a suicide way, by a momentary impulse through a mistaken decision.

Accordingly, a medicinal accident caused owing to an impulse or a mistake can be prevented in advance, by the inventive container based on a simple construction.

Although the invention has been shown and described with respect to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
