Abstract:
Provided are a storage battery control device 6, an electricity storage system 3, and a solar power generation system 1 capable of, when an abnormality has occurred due to a disaster, discharging the power stored in a storage battery 5 and thereby reducing, in comparison with conventional ones, the possibility of the occurrence of a secondary disaster. The storage battery control device 6 of the present invention controls the charging and discharging of the storage battery 5 and is provided with: an abnormality detecting unit 9 for detecting an abnormality due to a disaster that has occurred in the storage battery control device 6 or in the surroundings of the storage battery control device 6; a power consuming unit 13 for consuming the power stored in the storage battery 5; and a power control unit 8 for, when it is determined, on the basis of a signal received from the abnormality detecting unit 9, that the abnormality occurs, allowing the power consuming unit 13 to consume the power stored in the storage battery 5 and thereby reducing the electric energy of the storage battery 5 to less than or equal to a set amount of charge.
