Abstract:
A storage cell of a ternary content addressable memory comprises a first storage unit, a second storage unit, and a comparison unit. The first storage unit stores first data. The second storage unit stores second data. The comparison unit is connected to output terminals of the first storage unit and the second storage unit, receives an input matching signal, and outputs or blocks the received input matching signal. The comparison unit comprises a first comparison switching element and a comparison inverter connected to the first comparison switching element in series.
