[Problem] To provide a storage method and storage container with which a molecular weight marker can be stored with a simple method that is inexpensive and requires little effort. [Solution] A method for storing a molecular weight marker, wherein a molecular weight marker is stored at normal temperature in a dried state in a housing section (4) provided to a base section (2).
