Abstract:
A storage and transportation method for fresh product cold chain logistics. The storage and transportation method for fresh product cold chain logistics uses the following fresh product storage and transportation apparatus; the fresh product storage and transportation apparatus comprises a lower support plate (1), side plates (2), support mechanisms (3), and spray mechanisms (4); the two side plates (2) are symmetrically arranged on the upper side surface of the lower support plate (1) in the width direction of the lower support plate (1); and the middle of each side plate (2) is provided with one support mechanism (3). The storage and transportation method for fresh product cold chain logistics using the fresh product storage and transportation apparatus comprises the following steps: S1, placing the lower support plate (1); S2, stacking fresh products; S3, adding water to a conduction groove (11); and S4, spraying water mist.
