A fixing structure for a streetlamp device comprises a lamp body, an arch metal piece (104, 204), and a lamp seat (101, 201). The lamp body comprises an LED module (102, 202), a radiating device (103, 203), and a connecting head (105, 205). The tail portion of the radiating device (103, 203) is provided with a lamp seat installation portion (1031, 2031) which cooperates with the arch metal piece (104, 204), so as to wrap and lock the lamp seat (101, 201). The lamp seat (101, 201) is electrically connected with the lamp body via the connecting head (105, 205). The streetlamp device also comprises an interior natural convection device (106, 206) provided between the LED module (102, 202) and the radiating device (103, 203), and an exterior natural convection device (107, 207) provided out of the LED module (102, 202) and the radiating device (103, 203). The streetlamp is convenient for installation.
