Provided is a stretchable garment for the lower limbs, which includes a stretchable woven fabric, promotes venous return of the lower limbs while reducing the occurrence of pressure marks, and prevents edemas.　The stretchable garment for the lower limbs includes a stretchable woven fabric containing stretchable composite yarns for the weft and is formed by sewing together a front body part and a back body part at the side and inner crotch side, the garment applying pressure to at least the lower legs of a person, wherein the sewing structure of the side sewn part and the inner crotch side sewn part is one structure among (1) and (2) below: (1) a structure in which the sewing margin of the front body part matched to the outer surface and the sewing margin of the back body part are overlappingly sewn; and (2) a structure in which edges of the sewing margins of the front body part and the back body part that are respectively folded are made to abut each other and are sewed together by a felled seam in which the edges of each mountain fold are sewn.
