Abstract:
An oiling-free strip steel having excellent machinability and anticorrosion properties, and a manufacturing method therefor. The strip steel is provided with a substrate, and a phosphating layer and stearate lubricating layers provided on the substrate; the upper surface of the strip steel sequentially comprises, from inside to outside, the phosphating layer and a stearate lubricating layer, the surface roughness Ra of the upper surface of the strip steel is 0.6 to 1.8 μm, Rz is 6 to 16 μm, and the surface has good surface lubricity in an extending process; the lower surface of the strip steel is a stearate lubricating layer, and the surface roughness Ra of the lower surface of the strip steel is less than or equal to 0.3 μm, Rz is less than or equal to 2 μm, and the surface has good lubricity and high surface cleanliness. High-precision and large-deformation housing parts can be directly stamped and machined by using the strip steel having differentiated functional design on two surfaces of the present invention, operations such as coating, oiling, and cleaning after forming during a stamping process in the manufacture of the high-precision and large-deformation housing parts by using traditional steel plates are saved, so that the efficiency of manufacturing parts is greatly improved; moreover, the strip steel has good antirust and anticorrosion properties, and the surfaces require no oiling treatment during storage and transportation.
