Abstract:
A vibration generator (110) is disposed on a structure and generates vibrations in the structure. A vibration detector (120) detects vibrations at the location of the structure where the vibration generator (110) is disposed. On the basis of the detection results of the vibration detector (120), a response function calculation unit (140) calculates a frequency response function based on the vibration generated in the structure by the vibration generator (110). An anti-resonance state information calculation unit (150) calculates anti-resonance state information. The anti-resonance state information indicates the anti-resonance state of the frequency response function calculated by the response function calculation unit (140). A determination unit (160) determines the degradation state of the structure on the basis of the anti-resonance state information calculated by the anti-resonance state information calculation unit (150).
