Abstract:
Provided is a substrate sheet (11) which includes: a transparent electrode (13) comprising an electroconductive polymer on a translucent base material (12); and a metal wiring (14) connecting the transparent electrode (13) and a connector junction (18); the substrate sheet (11) being provided with a protective layer (15) for covering the transparent electrode (13) and the metal wiring (14), protecting the transparent electrode (13) and protecting the metal wiring (14) from corrosion. The protective layer (15) is a laminate obtained by laminating onto the base material (12) a sulfidation-resistant resist layer (17) for preventing sulfidation of the metal wiring (14) and a light-resistant resist layer (16) for absorbing ultraviolet rays, the sulfidation-resistant resist layer (17) being formed of a polyurethane/polyurea-based resin layer.
