Abstract:
The invention provides a sucrase activity inhibitor and a glucoamylase activity inhibitor comprising one or more saccharides selected from the group consisting of palatinose, trehalose and reduced palatinose. Further, the invention provides a food and a feed containing the sucrase activity inhibitor and/or the glucoamylase activity inhibitor.
