Abstract:
Disclosed is a suction-type ore-dissolving acid mist spraying tower. The suction-type ore-dissolving acid mist spraying tower comprises a liquid storage tank (100) and a tower body (200), wherein the bottom of the tower body (200) is in communication with the top of the liquid storage tank (100) by means of a first liquid-conveying tube (310); a gas box (410) is arranged in the tower body (200), a plurality of gas output pipes (420) are mounted to the top face of the gas box (410) in a communicating manner, and the bottom of the gas box (410) is in communication with a gas outlet of a first gas pump (430) by means of a first gas tube (440); a water curtain disk (500) is arranged above the gas output pipes (420), a first water curtain formed by means of the water curtain disk (500) corresponds to the gas output pipes (420), and a second water curtain is formed and envelops all the gas output pipes (420) therein; the water curtain disk (500) is in communication with a second liquid-conveying tube (550), the second liquid-conveying tube (550) is in communication with a water outlet of a booster pump (560), and a water inlet of the booster pump (560) is in communication with the liquid storage tank (100); and a second gas pump (610) is mounted on one side of the tower body (200), and a gas inlet of the second gas pump (610) is in communication with the interior of the tower body (200) by means of a second gas tube (620).
