Abstract:
Disclosed is a sugar alcohol anhydride composition comprising 100 parts by mass
of a sugar alcohol anhydride represented by the formula (1) and 0.0005 to 0.5 part
by mass of a cyclic phosphite represented by the formula (2).
(1)wherein R1 to R4 independently represent a residue
selected from a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group and an aryl group.
(2) wherein R5, R6, R8 and R9
independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms or the like;
R7 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; A represents an alkylene
group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms or the like; and either one of Y and Z represents
a hydroxyl group or the like, and the other represents a hydrogen atom or the like.
