Title:
SULFURIZING AGENT REMOVAL METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/094308
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a sulfurizing agent removal method that effectively removes dilute sulfurizing agents such as hydrogen sulfide from large volume solutions more efficiently than in the past. This sulfurizing agent removal method is a method for removing sulfurizing agent remaining in a post-sulfurization liquid obtained by adding a sulfurizing agent to a nickel-containing solution to sulfurize said nickel and separate the sulfide from the post-sulfurization liquid, wherein sulfur is generated and recovered by adding an iron compound to the post-sulfurization liquid and adding a sulfuric acid solution with a 0.05 N to 36 N concentration so that the pH of said post-sulfurization liquid becomes 0 to 3.0.
