Abstract:
The present invention suppresses an increase in the overall thickness of a sunroof unit, even when the height of a flange part extending downward at an edge part of an opening in a roof is large. A rear panel 12 contacts an edge part of an opening 3 via a rear seal part 18. The rear seal part 18 includes: a first seal member 31 attached to a rear molding part 17 at a rear area of the opening 3; and a second seal member 32 supported by a frame 20 via a support bracket 33 extending in a front-rear direction so as to form a track for a stay 63 with the rear molding part 17 at a side area of the opening 3. The frame 20 includes: a pair of guide walls 41 that are disposed further toward a vehicle interior than a side edge part of the opening 3 and that guide a slider 40 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction; and a vertical wall 43 provided further toward a vehicle exterior than the side edge part of the opening 3. The support bracket 33 has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape that opens upward, and is arranged so as to receive a flange part 4 that extends downward from the side edge part of the opening 3.
