Abstract:
Disclosed are a super-lubricative coating for an interventional valve delivery system and a preparation method therefor. The super-lubricative coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2.5 to 16.8 parts of an unsaturated oligomer, 2 to 8 parts of an active diluent, 1 to 4.5 parts of an ultraviolet photoinitiator, 1 to 3 parts of a silicone tackifier, 0.3 to 2.4 parts of a leveling agent, 0.2 to 2.3 parts of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, 1 to 10 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 50 to 89 parts of a solvent. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the super-lubricative coating. The super-lubricative coating of the present invention has good biocompatibility, and can have good adhesion on the surface of a low surface energy, difficult-to-adhere polypropylene or polyethylene dilatation catheter, and greatly reduces a frictional force between the catheter and a sheath, thereby effectively ensuring smooth operation of a delivery system during use, shortening operation times, and reducing operation risks.
