A device for manufacturing superfine particles derived from a raw material in a raw material solution obtained by mixing at least two types of raw material solutions, or a precursor to a porous body comprising an aggregate of superfine particles. The superfine particle and porous body precursor manufacturing device is provided with: a homogenizer 10 which is capable of forming a region having a shear speed of not lower than 30000 sec-1 in a region between an outer periphery of a rotor 11 capable of high speed rotation and an outer stator 12, and which does not have a member that blocks the flow of liquid on the inside of the rotor 11; a plurality of nozzles which are branch-less nozzles capable of directly introducing the raw material solutions independently into the region between the outer periphery of the rotor 11 and the outer stator 12, the nozzles being respectively disposed on a surface of the outer stator 12 opposing the rotor 11; a raw material solution supply device connected to each of the nozzles; and a branch-less flow passageway connecting the nozzles and the raw material solution supply device.
