Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present utility model is a superregenerative receiver, comprising an oscillating circuit and an envelope detector. The oscillating circuit comprises a first NMOS tube M1, a second NMOS tube M2, a first PMOS tube M3, a second PMOS tube M4, and an inductor L; the first NMOS tube M1, the second NMOS tube M2, the first PMOS tube M3, and the second PMOS tube M4 form a complementary cross-coupled oscillator; and the inductor L is bridged at the two differential ends of a complementary cross-coupled oscillator, a center tap of the inductor L is located at a symmetrical position, and a radio frequency signal RFin is input from the center tap of the inductor L, such that the phase noise of the oscillator can be effectively reduced, and the sensitivity is improved.
