A sliding support base portion (62) is formed on a support side surface (56) of a support recess (52) of a casing main body (14) in such a manner as to protrude therefrom, and a cylindrical support portion (122) on the side of a toilet cover (100) is slidably supported by an arcuate surface (65a). A rotary pin (70) of a viscosity resistance mechanism (80) protrudes from the sliding support base portion (62) and fits to a fitting recess (132) on the toilet cover (100). The toilet cover (100) is supported by two support structures rotatably with respect to the casing main body (14). The toilet cover (100) can be removed from the casing main body (14) by turning upright the toilet cover (100) and applying an upward pull force. Since openings (124 and 136) are formed in the cylindrical support portion (122) and the fitting recess (132), respectively, the toilet cover (100) can be removed from the casing main body (14) through these openings.
