Title:
SURFACE MODIFYING AGENT FOR METAL ELECTRODES, SURFACE-MODIFIED METAL ELECTRODE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SURFACE-MODIFIED METAL ELECTRODE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/084078
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a surface modifying agent for metal electrodes, which contains a reactive silyl compound represented by general formula (1); a metal electrode which is surface-modified by this surface modifying agent; and a method for producing a surface-modified metal electrode. Rf-X-A-SiR1 3-n(OR2)n (1) (In the formula, Rf represents an alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6-10 carbon atoms which may have an alkyl substituent having 1-5 carbon atoms, wherein at least one hydrogen atom is substituted by a fluorine atom; X represents a single bond or a divalent group that is selected from among -O-, -NH-, -C(=O)O-, -C(=O)NH-, -OC(=O)NH- and -NHC(=O)NH-; A represents a linear, branched or cyclic divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1-10 carbon atoms, a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6-10 carbon atoms or a single bond; R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms; R2 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1-3 carbon atoms, an acetyl group, a propanoyl group or a hydrogen atom; and n represents an integer of 1-3.)
