Abstract:
A surface plasmon-semiconductor heterojunction resonant optoelectronic device and a method for manufacturing same. Surface ligand molecules (2) are modified on a surface plasmon nanostructure (1); surface plasmon crystal face structures (3) are bound to each surface ligand molecule (2); a semiconductor nanostructure seed crystal (4) is located on each surface plasmon crystal face structure (3); one-dimensional semiconductor nanostructures (5, 6) are located on the semiconductor nanostructure seed crystal (4); and the parts form a close contact. By means of the heterogeneous integration material, lattice matching are achieved at the interface, and loss caused by defects, rough crystal faces, etc. are greatly reduced; the present invention enables a surface plasmon mode to be directly coupled to an optical mode, and has a wide application prospect in the fields of nano-lasers, nano-heat sources, optoelectronic detection, and photocatalysis.
