Title:
SURFACE PROPERTY INSPECTION APPARATUS AND INSPECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/236917
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a surface property inspection apparatus and inspection method. A workpiece is conveyed to a clamping table, then the surface properties of the part are inspected by means of photographing and scanning, and it is determined, by means of a computer, the inspected workpiece meets standards, so as to an inspection operation. A worker only needs to place the workpiece on a conveying table and then clamps the workpiece. Compared with conventional inspection systems, an automatic assembly line can improve working efficiency more effectively. The clamping table is connected to an air cylinder to effectively ensure the clamping state of the workpiece during the inspection, and the clamping table can clamp workpieces of various shapes and structures. The clamped workpiece can be photographed by a lens located thereabove, and the picture is scanned and sent to the computer for picture comparison. In addition, the inspection apparatus of the present invention also comprises means for inspecting the flatness the workpiece, after the inspection, the workpiece is placed on an object table, and a pressure sensor is provided on the object table, and can be used for measuring the weight. According to the present invention, various surface properties of a same workpiece can be inspected simultaneously, and the weight can be measured, thus working efficiency can be effectively improved.
