Abstract:
The disclosed galvanized sheet steel not only excels in appearance and corrosion resistance after press forming, but also retains oil well in high-temperature and high-temperature/high-humidity environments. Said galvanized sheet steel has a film on the surface thereof, with between 10 and 200 mg/m² of attached zirconium. Said film is obtained by applying a surface-treatment liquid and then drying said surface-treatment liquid by heating. Said surface-treatment liquid contains the following in a specific ratio: a water-soluble zirconium compound (A); water-dispersible microparticulate silica (B); a silane coupling agent (C); a vanadic acid compound (D); a phosphoric acid compound (E); a nickel compound (F); an acrylic resin emulsion (G); and an organopolysiloxane compound (H).
