Abstract:
Provided is a surgical device which allows accurate depth perception even when inserted in the horizontal direction in a left and right image. To this end, multiple indicators (55) are provided along a shaft unit (52), and the interval (d) between the adjacent indicators (55) is set such that when imaging in a state in which the shaft unit (52) is perpendicular, within a prescribed margin of error, to the optical axes (Ol, Or) of a left and a right imaging optical system (17l, 17r), the interval (D) between the indicators (55) in the left and right images is always greater than the amount of left-right shift |XL-XR| of the corresponding indicators (55) in the left and right images.
