Abstract:
Provided is a surgical instrument with which a predetermined target position can easily be set to various positions when a bone cutting line of a shinbone is determined on a frontal surface so as to be perpendicular to the line that connects the joint center of the shinbone and the predetermined target position. This surgical instrument 1 is provided with: a bone cutting guide part 11 for guiding the cutting direction of a shinbone 100; a support part 12 for supporting the bone cutting guide part 11; a base housing 13 to which the support part 12 is attached; a pair of ankle arms; an interlocking mechanism 16; and a center position indicating part 43. The pair of ankle arms are mounted so as to be able to slidably move relative to the base housing 13 and are arranged so as to clamp an ankle from both sides of the ankle. The interlocking mechanism 16 causes the pair of ankle arms to be interlocked with each other and slide and move relative to the base housing 13. The center position indicating part 43 indicates a center position between the pair of ankle arms in the sliding and moving direction of the ankle arms.
