Abstract:
This surgical treatment device (1) includes: grip parts (5, 6) for gripping living tissue (X); an energy supply unit (15) for supplying energy to the living tissue (X) gripped by the grip parts (5, 6) to perform a surgical treatment; a blood-flow information acquisition unit (12) for acquiring blood-flow information on a blood-flow in the living tissue (X) gripped by the grip parts (5, 6); a gripped state detection unit (13) for detecting a gripped state of the living tissue (X) gripped by the grip parts (5, 6) on the basis of the blood-flow information acquired by the information acquisition unit (12); and a gripped state determination unit (14) for determining whether the gripped state detected by the gripped state detection unit (13) is appropriate or not.
