Abstract:
The present invention relates to a suturing apparatus which is integrated with a trocar and supplies suture thread to a surgical site following laparoscopic surgery so that an end portion of the suture thread is supported by human tissue, and thus sutures the human tissue while making it easy to knot the suture thread. The suturing apparatus is characterized by comprising: a trocar (100) which includes a cylindrical trocar needle (120) that is inserted into human tissue (200), and a body part (110) coupled to an upper portion of the trocar needle (120) to discharge gas present inside the human tissue; an impregnation member (140) which is coupled to the inside of the trocar needle (120) so as to be able to ascend and descend, and has, at the tip end thereof, a sharp punch (145) for piercing skin; a needle assembly (150) which supplies a suture thread (160) into the human tissue (200) by using a needle (151) that moves along a pair of guide grooves (125) provided on the outside of the trocar needle (120); and a head part (130) which is coupled to the upper side of the body part (110) to support the impregnation member (140), and limits the movement of the needle assembly (150).
