Abstract:
A swing head mounting structure of a numerically-controlled machine tool, comprising a swing head (1), a sliding ram (2), a sliding saddle (5), guide rails (3), a first sliding block group (4-1), a second sliding block group (4-2), and a third sliding block group (4-3). An accommodating groove is provided on one side of the sliding saddle, and the two inner sidewalls of the accommodating groove are both provided with the first sliding block group, the second sliding block group, and the third sliding block group. The sliding ram is placed in the accommodating groove, and the surfaces of the sliding ram corresponding to the two inner sidewalls of the accommodating groove are both provided with the guide rails. The guide rails are connected to the first sliding block group, the second sliding block group, and the third sliding block group. The swing head is provided on the side of the sliding ram opposite to the sliding saddle. The structure resolves the problem of easy occurrence of large deformation to a suspended portion of the sliding ram due to a large distance between a mounting surface of the swing head and the lowest pair of sliding blocks of the sliding saddle, facilities improving machining accuracy of a machine tool, and improves production efficiency.
